Ernest is a very dedicated man, who believes that success comes only when you build a good foundation and continue to work hard to improve. A qualified FA coach and a big fan of grassroots development, Ernest has been involved in youth football for 9 years. Currently the youth development officer and manager of the Reserve and Under 11 team for Unity Football Club, United Kingdom.
